Product Warranties:
All products sold by Lippert come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. In most cases, the details of the warranty may be explained on the product page.

Returns for Home Customers or Orders Shipped to a Residential Address:
Before returning any product, you must contact Customer Service for instructions. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to the return of any regularly stocked item. Equipment and special order items are not returnable.

All returns must be properly packed and shipped pre-paid. Returned product and equipment must be in new, unused condition and must be in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected for damage or usage prior to issuance of a credit or refund.

If your return request is not made in advance, Lippert may not be able to process credit or refund for your returned product.

Returns for All Other Customers:

Regularly stocked items are normally eligible for a full refund. Return of special order items will be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 20%). Equipment items may be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 20%).

If your return request is not made in advance, Lippert may not be able to process credit or refund for your returned product.
